Structural Repair

Structural repairs are deemed necessary when a structure's supports, beams, columns, and bearing walls have not only concrete failure, but the structural tendons (Rebar) are failing. The lack of preventative maintenance in the corrosive environment of the coastal area or water retention causes concrete to spall and delaminate. Structural repairs are then needed to keep the member from failing or sagging or prevent the surrounding area from failing because of structural insufficiency. These repairs are made under the guidance and direction of structural engineering.
